Do you register Purchased gowns?

Absolutely!  We will not sell the same gown from the current season to your school in any color.  Some stores will sell a different color but we will not.  However, we can NOT guarantee that your dress will not be at your school as other stores might carry the same designer.  We carry 12 unique designers that many stores in our area do not so this helps in decreasing the possibility of duplicates at your prom.  It’s our “prom”ise!

Our designers include: Sherri Hill, Jovani, Ellie Wilde, Mori Lee, Alyce, Clarisse, Colette, Primavera, Johnathan Kayne, 2Cute, Scala, and La Femme.

Do I need an appointment for prom?

No appointments are necessary!

What are your price ranges?

We have a great selection of gowns starting at $99.  If you are on a budget, please let us know and we will help you find the perfect dress in your budget.

How long does it take to get my custom order?

If the gown is in stock, it should arrive within 2-3 weeks. If the dress is still in production, we will text or call you with a ship date.

If I order the wrong size gown, will you take it back or let me exchange it?

Your sales consultant will work with you to select a size; every designer has a different size chart and different styles call for different sizes. These numbers do not always correlate with your every day size so please trust our consultants. Once a deposit is applied, all sales are final. There are no exchanges or returns.  This final sales policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.

Do you have layaway?

We require 50% of the gown to make the gown yours. Final payment is due before the gown leaves the store. Dresses must be picked up within 30 days after the given wear date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, personal check with a valid driver’s license
and cash.

How many dressing rooms do you have?

We have 20 dressing rooms available upstairs in our prom loft.

Do you rent prom gowns?

We are sorry, we do not rent gowns. Please shop our great sale room for a fabulous selection on
a budget.
